Typical Schedule: Each 2-day workshop consists of 2 Breathwork sessions, supplemented with group sharing and processing. Workshops begin at 9:30 AM Saturday and conclude on Sunday by 4 PM.
Weekend workshop retreats:
$225 (meals and accomodations)

First-time participants are requested to attend a Friday-evening introduction to the theory and practice of Holotropic Breathwork.

Practical and Theoretical Aspects of Bodywork
and its Role in the Breathwork Process
This retreat is designed for those who wish to learn about the role of bodywork in the Breathwork experience and its relation to the overall process. It will include both theoretical discussion and practical experience. Participants will learn details of Stanislav Grof’s Holotropic theory and his interpretation of the birth process. Instruction will be drawn from clinical literature and the Gibsons’ sixteen years of experience conducting more than 170 Holotropic Breathwork workshops. Topics in abnormal psychology will receive special attention.
$475 with lodging
